Yet another recipe from http://www.skinnytaste.com/ has graced our kitchen with delicious smells & of course amazing taste. I love White Chicken Chili no matter if my mother-in-law makes it, Beth Gromis makes it, or a restaurant makes it. This is somewhat similar to that, but easier since it's made with lean ground turkey.
Servings: 12 servings Time: 1 hr.
You will need:
- EVOO
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp chili powder, to your taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 3 lbs lean ground turkey
- 4 16 oz cans of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups of fat free chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of fat free sour cream or half and half (I prefer sour cream)
- salt and pepper to taste

Allison's tips:
-This is SPICY! If you want it more palatable, use half of the red pepper flakes & less chili powder.
-Because I wanted a creamier texture, I used a 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt along with the 1/2 cup of sour cream. If you choose, you can use just Greek yogurt & save yourself even more calories.
